Room had a great ocean view even though it said partial ocean view. Lovely property. Room was clean, staff very hospitable. FYI cell service doesn’t work at all around much of Big Sur and neither does WiFi.

Room was clean and fresh, staff was friendly and very helpful, and there was free coffee and baggles but that was it. I don't recall if pets was allowed. But other than it was a great inn to stay.

This hotel has bed bugs staff wouldn't help,and manager has been avoiding my calls and emails. I now have to wash everything I brought into room and detail my vehicle. I had to prove it so I have 2 dead bugs in my possession totally gross and un acceptable . I want my money back.
